Born 24 October 1979 in Mpigi. Studied in Bulamu Primary School, Kiwawu Senior School and Nakasero Senior School. I hold a Diploma in Education from Kyambogo University, A Bachelor of Arts of Makerere University, majoring in Luganda; and a Master of Arts in Linguistics with research on Luganda.
